RCC® CEMENTITIOUS TILE GROUT

This is a polymer modified cementitious tile grout used for fill gaps/joints between tiles. It is crack proof, peel proof, waterproof, Approx three times coverage area as compared to white cement. It is available in all ceramic colours. For improved performance and exterior use, fortify with RCC® 3010 Crete Polymer Grout Admix, in place of water.

RCC® 3010 GROUT ADMIX CRETE POLYMER

RCC® 3010 Grout Admix Crete Polymer designed for use with RCC® Cementitious Tile Grout, in place of water to provide a super crete strength and enhance high flexibility, non shrinking and waterproofing of grouting. When tiles applied by using of margin gap spacers, it must be used.

Coverage : Approx. 55-60 sq. ft. per 20 kg bag with a 8mm x 8mm square notch trowel for a bed of 3mm.

RCC® EPOXY TILE GROUT RC-100

RCC® EPOXY TILE GROUT RC-100 is a Stain Resistant, Water Resistant & Germ Resistant grout for Floor & Wall. RCC® EPOXY TILE GROUT RC-100 is suitable for ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, marble and stone, especially in stain prone areas such as kitchens and washrooms.

Note : Factory proportioned unit consisting of three conveniently packed components – Epoxy Resin (Part A), Epoxy Hardener (Part B) and Colored Filler Powder (Part C).

RCC® TILE SPACERS

Tile spacers are plastic objects with crossed shapes that are placed between the tiles to maintain a constant and consistent spacing between the tiles. The spacer creates a gap that is filled by grout, which would finally give a symmetrical finish to the surface.

RCC® TILE LEVELLERS

Rcc tile leveling system is used for leveling tiles joints between two tiles with the help of leveling clips and reusable wedges.

The main challenge when laying tile is lippage, the misalignment of edges that spoils the finished look of walls and floors. Tile leveling systems combat this by inserting clips between tiles, then applying pressure to pull them into alignment.

RCC® NOTCHED TROWEL

RCC® Notched Trowel is similar to other types of masonry trowels in that it has a handle and a flat metal plate and is designed for scooping up and spreading Tile Adhesive onto a relatively smooth surface. It's the notches in tile trowels that make them different. The notches do two important things. First, they make it easy to apply only a specific amount of Tile Adhesive. No matter how much tile adhesive you pile onto the trowel, the notches apply it in nice, even lines of identical thickness. Second, the trowel creates spaces between the lines of Tile Adhesive. These allow air to escape when the tile is pressed into the Tile Adhesive. Without the spaces, you could get air pockets that prevent the tile from lying flat or adhering properly.
